The Crooked Tail Cat Cafe

In this world there are few things that bring a more immediate serotonin boost to your day than that first morning sip of coffee, and the feeling you get when approached by furry feline friends. If you can somehow manage to combine the two into one location and you’ve got yourself a recipe for pure bliss.

This is the mission of Crooked Tail Cat Cafe on Elm Street in Greensboro. Established in 2020 to combine two of the best things life has to offer, they  provide a safe and comfortable environment for adoptable cats from local shelters to socialize and interact with potential adopters, while enjoying a wide selection of food and beverages

The cafe is equipped with comfortable seating and plenty of natural light, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The cats are well-cared for, with a variety of climbing structures and scratching posts to keep them entertained.

The menu at Crooked Tail Cat Cafe offers a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and smoothies, as well as a selection of pastries and sandwiches. They also have a variety of cat-themed merchandise, including t-shirts, mugs, and stuffed animals, making it the perfect spot to pick up a souvenir or gift.

The cafe is open Monday through Sunday from 9am to 6pm and guests are encouraged to make a reservation before visiting. You can keep up with their upcoming events, featuring things such as  yoga with cats, cat adoption events, and more, on their website and social media pages linked below.

Once you visit this awesome greensboro gem,  you’re sure to be back for more cat lovin’ on a regular basis.

Hi, it’s Jeff Valentino. In 2019 my 2 sons and I packed up and moved to Winston Salem from the suburbs of Chicago. We didn’t know one person here. I wished there was a resource for people like me who are considering a similar move, so I decided to make one!
